    Share the one-click join link in Slack so the squad lands in the lobby.

    Vote

    Each member rates the 14 health cards green, yellow, or red — anonymously.

    Discuss

    Reveal results card by card, scribe notes inline, capture action items.

  5. 5

    Push to Linear

    Action items become tickets the squad can track to next quarter.
